The Minneapolis office is led by Alana Bassin, the office managing partner. Bassin has represented Fortune 500 companies on products liability, commercial litigation, and general liability defense.

MJB Law Firm is “a boutique law firm focusing on banking law, under-secured workouts, agri-finance, loss prevention and corporate turnarounds and restructuring.” The three-attorney firm was founded six years ago and is led by Managing Member Matthew Bialick. “I felt that law firms were stuck in the past and were not fully embracing modern technology — at least not in a way that meaningfully reduced overhead,” Bialick said.

Buffalo-based Johnson, Larson & Peterson, P.A. was founded by Walter S. Johnson and is now run by shareholders Jan Larson and John T. Peterson. The firm is a continuation of a law firm started in Buffalo by Stephen A. Johnson in 1905, according to the firm’s website. Another generation of Petersons joined the firm when Charles Peterson joined Johnson Larson and Peterson in 2023.
