Online vehicle auctioneer has agreed to acquire , a digital marketplace to buy and sell cars, for $1.9 billion in an all-cash transaction. The price of $10.50 a share represents a premium of 45% to ACV’s Aug. 10 closing price, before reports of a potential deal, according to a Thursday, confirming an earlier report by Bloomberg News. Copart plans to fund the deal with cash on hand and the transaction isn’t subject to any financing condition, the company said in the statement.
