David Keech is an accomplished educator, learning and development specialist, instructional coach, and educational consultant with more than three decades of experience supporting student achievement, educator growth, and organizational success across K–12 and higher education settings. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for designing and delivering impactful professional learning experiences, leading curriculum implementation initiatives, and helping educators translate research-based practices into effective classroom instruction.

Keech currently serves as Supervisor of Field Experience and Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where he mentors teacher candidates, conducts classroom observations, facilitates educator preparation seminars, and collaborates with school and university partners to develop the next generation of teachers. His work focuses on strengthening instructional effectiveness, professional readiness, and reflective teaching practices.

In addition to his university role, Keech works as a facilitator, coach, and consultant for several nationally recognized educational organizations. Through Teaching Lab, BetterLesson, and Twig Science/Imagine Learning, he provides professional development, instructional coaching, and implementation support for educators and school leaders across the country. He specializes in mathematics and science instruction, curriculum implementation, adult learning, leadership development, and evidence-based instructional practices. His training sessions and coaching engagements have supported hundreds of classrooms and educators in improving student engagement, instructional quality, and learning outcomes.

Keech previously served as an Educational Consultant with Savvas Learning and as a Professional Development Implementation Specialist with Great Minds, where he led large-scale curriculum implementations and delivered professional learning experiences focused on standards-based instruction, assessment practices, and instructional excellence. His ability to build relationships with district leaders, administrators, and teachers has made him a trusted partner during periods of educational change and curriculum adoption.

Before transitioning into educational consulting, Keech spent more than a decade with Wisconsin Rapids Public Schools, teaching mathematics at both the elementary and middle school levels. During his tenure, he developed accelerated mathematics pathways, designed innovative curriculum models, and served as a department leader and curriculum committee representative. His efforts helped prepare students for advanced coursework while promoting high levels of engagement and achievement. He also contributed to district-wide curriculum planning, instructional improvement initiatives, and assessment development efforts.

A lifelong advocate for professional learning, Keech has presented at state and regional conferences, facilitated educator workshops, and collaborated on curriculum, assessment, and technology initiatives. His work as a referee, umpire, announcer, writer, educator, and consultant reflects a lifelong commitment to leadership, service, communication, and continuous improvement.

He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin system and holds Wisconsin teaching certifications in elementary education, mathematics, and Spanish.
