Ghana Opens the Door to the Digital Asset Economy A quiet but profound shift is taking place within Ghana’s financial architecture. With the formal admission of several firms into the Securities and Exchange Commission’s regulatory sandbox for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), the country has taken a decisive step toward constructing the institutional foundations of a regulated digital asset economy.
