(NYSE:ICE) has been talking with regulators about launching perpetual futures amid decentralized exchange Hyperliquid’s success, according to CEO Jeffery Sprecher. "What we are saying to the regulators is, ‘Can we do that?’" Sprecher said during a fireside chat at a Bernstein conference on May 27.
