Inferring Effective Networks of Spiking Neurons Using a Continuous-Time Estimator of Transfer Entropy

Abstract When analysing high-dimensional time-series datasets, the inference of effective networks has proven to be a valuable modelling technique. This technique produces networks where each target node is associated with a set of source nodes that are capable of providing explanatory power for its dynamics. Multivariate Transfer Entropy (TE) has proven to be a popular and effective tool for inferring these networks.

I note young people gathered at various locations, with hastily made posters, to hear speeches on climate. I observe not much proposed from the assembled group on how they will change or reorder their own lives to facilitate the proposed lifestyle changes. In short, it appeared to be a nice walk in the late summer sun, cut class, garner some publicity, feel good and make it home in time for supper and some FaceTime on social media.
