David Williams is senior correspondent. He covers integration, new care models, and commissioning, particularly commissioning support services, and deputises for HSJ's bureau chiefs. Regionally he writes about the NHS in Birmingham, Warwickshire and the Thames Valley. He joined HSJ at the beginning of 2011.
