Keep screen awake Photographed in an Urban Bar 1910 Retro Coupette 15cl 3⁄4 fl oz Patrón Reposado tequila 3⁄4 fl oz Agricole blanc/cane juice rhum (unaged) 3⁄4 fl oz Elderflower liqueur 3⁄4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed) 2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS. No garnish to prepare. SHAKE all ingredients with ice. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass. Serve naked, without garnish.
