Dear Class of 2026, As graduation approaches, I find myself reflecting on the significance of this moment, the journey that has brought us here, and most importantly, the bright future that awaits each of you. Graduation is much more than a ceremony—it is a celebration of perseverance, growth, and accomplishment. Over the past thirteen years, you have gained knowledge, developed character, built friendships, and discovered strengths that will guide you throughout your lives.
Splitting a Multi-Family into Condos - Columbus, OH
Here is what i know about these type of ideas. These are at least the minimum. For a condo split you're looking to 1. Have a "firewall" (fire retardant drywall) all the way up between the units. 2. Each unit has to have separated utilities (water, electric, gas, plumbing). Specifically the waste pipes needs to run into a Y in the yard then to the street. 3. Principal’s message to the Northern High Class of 2025
As graduation approaches I find myself thinking about its meaning, what has happened to bring us to this point, and more importantly, what the future holds for our graduates. Part of the celebration of graduation comes from recognizing just how much you, the graduates, have accomplished in the past thirteen years, the skills you have obtained, and how you will utilize those skills in the future. Graduation also commemorates the completion of time with us at school.

‘And you fathers’
It appears that American society has knifed us fathers, stripped us of the divinely given role. After all, when God created the first human, he was a MAN. Even here some “church” feminists try to tell us the Hebrew word for “Adam” basically means human rather than “man.” What is so ridiculous about the whole idea is that this new insight waited until the last years of the 20th century to dawn upon us. Decade after decade, people, common and unlearned, all understood “Adam” to mean man.
