1 Introduction Electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) powering by the renewable energy has been considered as an attractive path for approaching the carbon neutrality [1-4]. The product selectivity toward multi-carbon (C2+) hydrocarbons, such as ethylene, ethanol and propanol of Cu-based catalysts is widely concerned due to their potential market application value and energy density. Up to now, most studies about CO2RR have mainly focused on the rational design in catalysts [5-8].
