Abstract In this paper, by using the modified Dirac equation based on the generalized uncertainty principle, close to the Planck scale, we investigate the quantum tunneling and remnant of a quantum-modified Schwarzschild space–time. We successfully calculate corrected tunneling rate, Hawking temperature, and minimum nonzero mass.
