Traffic M25- Delays as lane closed between J24 and J25

Drivers are facing long delays on the M25 due to lane closures. The disruption is taking place between junctions 24 and 25 after a concrete barrier defect was discovered, forcing the closure of lane four in both directions. National Highways is currently assessing the damage. A spokesman for National Highways said: "Lane 4 (of 4) is closed in both directions on the M25 between J24 PottersBar and J25 WalthamCross due to a significant concrete barrier defect.

Major central London road closed after man in his 20s dies following fall from height

A man in his 20s has died following a fall in central London. Police were called to Victoria Embankment at 2.06am on Thursday, June 25. The Metropolitan Police said the man was believed to have fallen from a height. A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 2.03am today (25 June) to reports of an injured person in Victoria Embankment, WC2R. "We sent an ambulance crew, paramedics in fast response cars, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer.
