Thermophysical properties, combustion, performance, and emission analysis of ZnO, TiO₂, and GNP-enhanced WCOME–diesel–DGM triple fuel blends in a CRDI diesel engine
Abstract The continuous utilization of non-renewable/conventional fuels for different fields of applications creates intense demand, increasing costs, and hazardous exhaust gases, which cause depletion of these products from the Earth’s source. This scenario urges researchers to find alternative fuels. But, the drawbacks of the biodiesel fuel blends could be recovered by the employment of alcohol and nano additives.
Combined photovoltaic and thermal enhancements of solar photovoltaic system using SiO 2 and Al 2 O 3 nanoparticle-enhanced paraffin wax phase change material
Abstract This study addresses the reduction in electrical efficiency and power output caused by elevated operating temperatures in Solar Photovoltaic Thermal (SPVT) panels by implementing an effective cooling approach to enhance energy yield and overall system performance.
Integrated experimental and machine learning investigation of green-synthesized ZnO nanoparticle-dispersed neem biodiesel: effects on diesel engine performance, combustion, and emissions
Abstract This study explores the performance, combustion, and emission parameters of a neem biodiesel enhanced with zinc oxide (ZnO) Nanoparticles (NPs) synthesized through a green method in a compression ignition (CI) engine. Neem oil was transesterified to produce biodiesel, while ZnO NPs were synthesized using neem leaf extract and dispersed at concentrations of 50 ppm and 100 ppm, denoted as NB25Zn50 and NB25Zn100, respectively.
