Abstract To evaluate the clinical and laboratory outcomes of preimplantation genetic testing for monogenic disorders (PGT-M), combined with preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A), in fertile and infertile couples at risk of transmitting one autosomal recessive monogenic disorder. Retrospective single-centre cohort study including 128 Sicilian couples (67 fertile, 61 infertile), one cycle per couple.

1 Introduction The cerebellum's involvement in various cognitive functions beyond motor control suggests a complex network of connectivity with the rest of the brain. The function of the cerebellum has been hypothesized to be the same across multiple domains (such as language or social cognition) as proposed by the Universal Cerebellar Transform (UCT) theory (Schmahmann 1996).

Abstract Acting in the natural world requires not only deciding among multiple options but also converting decisions into motor commands. How the dynamics of decision formation influence the fine kinematics of response movement remains, however, poorly understood. Here we investigate how the accumulation of decision evidence shapes the response orienting trajectories in a task where freely-moving rats combine prior expectations and auditory information to select between two possible options.
