Coming April 2022 Twenty-seven-year-old Isaac Funk is broke, drifting, and questioning his lonely existence on the East Coast. When his grandfather dies and leaves him the promise of an inheritance in Manitoba, Isaac is pulled back to his conservative hometown for the first time in ten years. In reconnecting with his estranged Mennonite relatives and an old friend, Isaac must finally face the events that caused him to leave home.

We are pleased to officially announce our Spring 2020 catalogue, in both hard-copy and digital form. This season, rather than simply offer the links to the PDF or a few highlights, we strove for something a touch more creative… and sweeter: bookies! What is a bookie, you ask? It has become an MQUP staff tradition at the end of each calendar year to celebrate the production of another catalogue by decorating bookies, cookies that are iced after the covers of forthcoming MQUP books.
