What does it mean to be a journalist?
We have a responsibility to present factual stories.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Microsoft Office, Dropbox, my iPhone (a lot), Facebook...so many.
Why did you become a journalist?
I would write even if it were not my job.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
Writing about IBS and the low FODMAP diet; we are helping millions of IBS sufferers, worldwide.
What's your favorite drink?
Tea!
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Cooking and showing my dog, Nora.

The New Yorker
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
That the diet we cover is a fad. It is a clinically proven medical diet that can change lives.
