Abstract Patients with obstructive colorectal cancer (OCRC) have poor prognosis, and conventional prognostic tools such as TNM staging alone are insufficient for accurate assessment; thus, this study aimed to develop and validate nomograms for predicting overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) in OCRC patients.
