1 Introduction Laryngotracheal stenosis (LTS) is characterized by abnormal wound healing that results in hypertrophic scarring and progressive narrowing of the airway from the supraglottis to the carina [1]. The condition arises from a range of etiologies, most commonly iatrogenic injury secondary to prolonged endotracheal intubation or tracheostomy, as well as infection, autoimmune disease, and idiopathic causes [2, 3].
