The novel β-lactamase inhibitor durlobactam, in combination with β-lactams, shows potent bactericidal activity against Mab, but the potential for acquired resistance remains a clinical concern. Objectives: To identify and characterize mechanisms of acquired resistance to durlobactam in Mab.
