If you’re not hydrating through food, you’re doing it all wrong and may never achieve your optimal health (including reversing chronic health conditions)… We have been fed the line that in order to hydrate properly, we must drink on average 8-12 glasses of water a day. But how effective is that, really? Well, let’s look at the quality of your water first. Is it filtered? Is it free of hormone disrupting xenoestrogens? Do you put it in a glass or stainless steel bottle? Is it well mineralized?

In the Western world, we are desperately obsessed with killing things off that we feel can threaten our livelihood. Whether it is germs, terrorists, or the next door neighbour, we seek to eliminate anything that doesn’t agree with us rather than trying to maintain a healthy balance between desired and undesirable circumstances.

Did your doctor or friends trick you into believing in “menopause”? It’s something EVERY woman must go through, or so the medical establishment tells you. Sure, there’s a transition where certain hormones like estrogen start to wane, but is menopause supposed to be accompanied by undesirable symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, drastic changes in sex drive, hair loss, and difficulty sleeping for extended periods of time anytime between the age of 45 and 65? In my opinion, NO.
