1 Introduction Protonic ceramic fuel cells (PCFCs) with fast proton-conducting ceramics provide a promising cost-effective route for high power generation directly from a wide range of fuels (e.g., hydrogen, hydrocarbons, and ammonia) at intermediate temperatures (500–700 °C).[1—7] However, the power density of PCFCs is limited by the lack of catalytically active and stable cathodes, where the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) takes place and leads to the formation of water as the product.
