1 Introduction Thyroid cancer has emerged as one of the fastest-growing malignancies worldwide (1, 2), with differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) accounting for over 90% of cases (3, 4). Although DTC generally exhibits a favorable prognosis (5), postoperative management presents significant difficulties. Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) suppression therapy is a cornerstone of DTC treatment; however, the optimization of levothyroxine (L-T4) dosing remains a clinical challenge (6, 7).
