Women with low lifetime risk of breast cancer (<15%) who have no family history of breast cancer and who have not had breast cancer themselves should be screened every year, starting at 40 years of age, with mammography or digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT). DBT is better at finding cancer than mammography and has fewer callbacks for false positives, which are findings that might look like but are not cancer.

Abstract Handlebar injuries in children are a significant cause of potentially life-threatening blunt chest and abdominal trauma, and radiologists should recognize the imaging findings so that injuries can be graded correctly and treated with conservative or surgical management. Direct bicycle handlebar injuries are a significant cause of chest and abdominal trauma and morbidity in the pediatric population. However, these injuries have been underemphasized.

The ACR Appropriateness Criteria (AC) are the largest body of evidence-based guidelines in medical imaging. For over 20 years, the AC have aided physicians and other providers with resources for appropriate utilization of medical imaging.
