1. Introduction Kidney disease is a significant global health concern that impacts a large population and can have severe consequences if not detected and treated early. Timely identification and diagnosis of kidney disease are crucial for initiating prompt interventions and enhancing patient outcomes. Medical imaging plays a vital role in identifying and diagnosing kidney disease by providing valuable insights into the structural and functional abnormalities of the kidneys.

4.3. Analysis Steps of the Proposed ANN Algorithms Data need to be normalized to reduce errors. The data are collected and prepared for use in the model. This ANN model has four input nodes (User, PLR, Delay, and Spectral-Efficiency) and one output node (Fairness Factor). Then, the data are divided into two sections (i.e., training data and testing data).
