I used to write for the newspaper The Optimist Citizen.

Yes, it was my grandfather's. I still use it sometimes.

This answer deserves more than just a paragraph. Social Media has taken over the world by a storm and news has to adapt in order to keep up.

Gaston Leroux, without a doubt!
What does it mean to be a journalist?
It means that you get to ask questions which others would think twice, you get present facts instead of opinions.

A detailed description, followed with a background from where the story emanates.

Why did you become a journalist?
I guess I wanted to discover, uncover and recover everything that is above and beyond the vox populi.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Columnist at high school newspaper. My job was to cover cultural events and fests, and take part in them with my school band as a drummer.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I had the opportunity to interview the Business Manager for Epic Games South East Asia, I'd reckon that was a landmark in my career.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Keep working on your diction, vocabulary and maintain a social presence. Understand the value of networking, and work on developing a style.

I believe it was from Gfinity Esports, which essentially mentioned that I can have the creative freedom to choose my niche.
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
Ah yes, that would be to work as an unpaid intern for a Sports media outlet. This internship was scheduled to be one year long.

Water
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Painting murals, or practicing drums.

Dexerto, IGN, DotEsports, Bleacher Report, Reuters, they are publications I love to read.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
That Esports Journalism is not really a "Sports Journalism". Prevalent misconception fueled by vanity.
