Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) has shown promise in retinal imaging, yet its application to longitudinal optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) remains limited. This study developed and evaluated an AI model for classifying treatment response in neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) using paired OCTA images acquired before and after anti-VEGF therapy.

To investigate retinal layer thickness and vessel density differences between patients with reticular pseudodrusen (RPD) and intermediate dry age-related macular degeneration (iAMD). Participants included in the study were patients diagnosed by retinal specialists with RPD, iAMD, and both RPD and iAMD at our academic referral center, seen from May 2021 until February 2022.
