Abstract : The transmission and reflection spectra of a one-dimensional microresonator structure with dielectric Bragg mirrors, the working cavity of which is filled with several “dielectric-graphene” or “semiconductor-graphene” periods with controlled material parameters, were obtained using transfer matrices and numerical methods.
