Sexual dysfunction is a prevalent late effect of HSCT, with 50–80% of survivors reporting long-term dysfunction [1,2,3]. Numerous sexual health concerns exist, including lack of interest and satisfaction, arousal and orgasm-related functional difficulties, vaginal dryness, and erectile dysfunction, all affected by biopsychosocial factors [1,2,3]. Sexual dysfunction is associated with lower relationship satisfaction and worse self-reported health status, distress, and quality of life (QOL) [1,2,3].
