1 Introduction It is generally believed that LSCs are closely related to disease initiation/progression, relapse and drug resistance/insensitivity in many types of haematologic malignancies [1-3]. An unmet need is to obtain an ability to monitor and quantify LSCs for proposing correct treatment, evaluating treatment response and predicting disease outcomes, but a method that specifically identifies this stem cell population is still lacking in medical practice.

1. Introduction In complex obstacle avoidance and threat area evasion scenarios, there is often a requirement for UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) swarms to synchronize their arrival at targets from multiple directions and at various distances. Currently, interception techniques for low-cost, low-speed small UAVs have become relatively mature, which poses higher technical demands for UAV swarms to execute high-precision synchronized saturation strikes [1].
