Douglas John Imbrogno’s Biography
Douglas John Imbrogno is a lifetime storyteller, essayist, feature writer, editor and multimedia producer and documentarian. He worked three decades for the Charleston Gazette, as a long-form feature writer and feature editor, spearheading the paper's multimedia efforts. In early 2020, he co-founded the multimedia online magazine, WestVirginiaVille.com (now on intermittent hiatus) and the award-winning documentary and storytelling production house, AmpMediaProject.com, whose multimedia work has been seen in film fests worldwide. He is at work on a 'sorta memoir' titled 'CRAZY DAYS: Confessions of a Fallen Altar Boy.'
