Below I’m sharing our culture doc for Coinbase, which describes how we work together day-to-day as a company. I’m sharing it publicly because I hope it will help reinforce the importance of building the culture to our current employees, and help attract new employees who might want to work in a culture like this. I’m really glad that we finally took the time to articulate our culture.
