Teacher, Writer, Philosopher.

Turning away from traditional academia, Duncan has sought to bring the thinking and teaching of Critical Theory into everyday practice. This has allowed him to write and teach in a progressive manner. Now, turning his attention to journalism, he writes from a strictly working-class position on both the good and the bad aspects of Infrastructure in South Africa.

He now aims to hone his skills and bring light to the mystery of the political economy through the lens…

Bafana Bafana’s historic win against South Korea has once again inspired the nation to chant “No DNA, just RSA!”—ostensibly asserting that citizenship, not ancestry, defines belonging in South Africa—a chant popular during major international tournament campaigns.
