Scene flow estimation is essential for many autonomous driving (AD) and robotic applications, but obtaining ground-truth scene flow for non-rigid objects such as pedestrians is highly difficult. We present MeshBind, an automatic annotation method that uses mesh models to generate per-point scene flow for non-rigid objects.

Missing data is prevalent in practical applications, making effective imputation an essential preprocessing step for downstream analysis. Real-world datasets often exhibit complex latent structures composed of multiple subgroups with distinct distributions. However, existing methods often overlook such population heterogeneity. Without explicit structural guidance, these methods tend to produce generic estimates that blur subgroup boundaries and lack instance-level fidelity.

OFF-transient alpha RGCs mediate looming triggered innate defensive response
Highlights • Kcnip2 is a marker for OFF-transient α retinal ganglion cells (OFFt αRGCs) • OFFt αRGCs encode the size of the looming object • OFFt αRGC activation is necessary and sufficient for looming evoked fear response Summary Animals respond to visual threats, such as a looming object, with innate defensive behaviors. Here, we report that a specific type of retinal ganglion cell (RGC), the OFF-transient alpha RGC, is critical for the detection of looming objects.
