Jarvis Arrington, a former cook at a Chicago Burger King, has filed a lawsuit against Burger King Corp. and Burger King Worldwide Inc. seeking class-action certification on behalf of all Burger King employees who currently or previously worked for the chain since 2010. The lawsuit is based upon anti-poaching provisions in Burger King franchise agreements.
