Born in Taipei, Taiwan and educated in the United States, Dr. Eddy Yang, DDS, MD currently operates his own oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) practice.

Eddy Yang’s Biography

Out of his office in Sugar Land, Texas, oral surgeon Dr. Eddy Yang offers Fort Bend County patients access to an array of oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) services. He performs facial trauma, dentoalveolar, and facial reconstructive surgeries, and also has extensive knowledge of infections of the head and neck. Dr. Eddy Yang’s office maintains state-of-the-art intravenous sedation equipment for outpatient procedures. The surgeon also serves patients at St. Luke’s Sugar Land Hospital in Fort Bend County, St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston, and the Methodist Hospital in Houston.

After completing a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, he undertook an OMFS residency in Houston at the University of Texas Health Science Center. During this time, he received extensive training in diverse medical areas, including plastic surgery, trauma surgery, intensive care unit management, and anesthesia.
