Artificial Intelligence Electrocardiogram and Left Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction in Kenya Key Points Question How well does an artificial intelligence electrocardiogram (AI-ECG) algorithm detect left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVSD)? Findings In this cross-sectional study of 1444 participants with paired ECG and echocardiography across 8 health care facilities in Kenya, a high burden of LVSD was identified with high sensitivity and negative predictive value of the AI-ECG algorithm.
