Samtaleroboter som verktøy for inkludering

Sammendrag Denne kunnskapsoppsummeringen (scoping review) retter seg mot å gi en oversikt over hvordan samtaleroboter brukes for å støtte individer med spesialpedagogiske behov. Litteratursøk er foretatt i fem databaser og fire konferanser etter retningslinjene til PRISMA. De 11 studiene som er inkludert i kunnskapsoppsummeringen, viser at samtaleroboter kan egne seg for å gi tilpasset opplæring, men at det finnes utfordringer knyttet til temaene myndiggjøring og inkludering.

The Internet has been a catalyst for the autistic community, enabling them to unite across borders and overcome the communication challenges often faced by autistic individuals (Alper, 2023). Autistic people diverge from neurotypical social and communication patterns which can make face-to-face interactions in larger groups challenging and exhausting (Davis et al., 2022).
