Cedar Falls, Iowa, (Jan. 5, 2024)- The Missouri Valley College women's wrestling team traveled to Cedar Falls, Iowa, to begin competition at the NWCA National Duals. The day featured a win over top 20 Baker (Kan.). Vs. No. 7 Campbellsville (Ky.) 101 pounds: No. 19 Sophomore Sage Beltran (Honolulu, Hawaii) lost to No. 15 Riley Banyas in an 11-0 technical fall. Campbellsville leads, 4-0.

Indianola, Iowa, (Nov. 4, 2023)- The No. 14 Missouri Valley College women's wrestling team opened its season at the Luther Hill Open in Indianola, Iowa, Saturday. The Vikings competed against programs across various divisions, and were led by five individuals that advanced to the placing rounds. No. 19 Sophomore Jade Martin (West Plains, Mo.)-136 pounds: First Round: Received a bye. Quarterfinal: Lost to Kayla Reddick of Waldorf (Iowa) in a 13-12 decision. Consolation Second Round: Received a bye.

The original SGA Pass/No Credit bill let students elect the P/NC deadline until the week before classes ended. Before the undergraduate council voted to pass the bill, the council modified the bill and allowed students to select the P/NC option until 90% of the class completion. Under the current rules, students only have until 70% of the course completion to elect the P/NC option. Dominic Mendlik, the student body vice president elect, included the passage of the bill as part of his campaign.
