CROWN HEIGHTS — Common wisdom is changing; playing with your food is in. At least, that was the word at the Children’s Food Festival, held Saturday at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum. Families from across Brooklyn came to the museum to learn about food, farming and food science through hands-on play and exploration. “Our entire building is really dedicated to tactile learning. We saw food as the next iteration,” said Atiba Edwards, president and CEO of BCM.
