1 Introduction Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome (WPW) is a congenital condition that was first described in 1930, characterized by the presence of accessory pathway that connects the atria and ventricles, bypassing the normal AV conduction [1]. The anterograde conduction through accessory pathway causes ventricular pre-excitation that manifests on ECG as a short PR interval and a delta wave.
