This case report described an unusual example of a soft tissue giant cell tumor located at an exceptional location, at the forearm and within the muscle. The initial diagnosis was lipoma but the pathology revealed a giant cell tumor. The follow-up was uneventful following ‘en bloc’ resection. 1 Introduction Giant cell tumors of soft tissue (GCT-ST) are extremely rare.
