1 Introduction The Latarjet procedure is the preferred treatment for anterior shoulder instability, particularly in cases involving significant glenoid bone loss [1, 2]. While the efficacy of the Latarjet procedure in preventing recurrent dislocations is well-documented, its effect on GHJ kinematics in patients remains limited and has primarily been examined in experimental settings [3-5].
