Sent out to the field on Friday Jun 26, fresh batch of data-related documents reconfigures the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy’s Rumsfeld Matrix for the America First Global Health Strategy. A generous interpretation of the new docs—to which I am, just now, inclined1—is that they leave a narrow but discernible pathway for the US government data collection on global health that does not fail Congress, taxpayers and the beneficiaries of care.
