Plans to build up to 80 homes on the former Bugle Nurseries site are heading to councillors, with a recommendation to approve. The outline proposal, which is due to be discussed at a planning meeting on April 29, would bring a mix of flats and houses to land off Upper Halliford Road, with half of them classed as ‘affordable’.
