Graze Craze® has opened a new location at 4011 Sycamore Dairy Road, Suite 108, in Sycamore Station II. The 1,291-square-foot store is owned by Cureston “Cookie” Brice, a U.S. Army Veteran who’s happy she can bring the brand’s festive foods to her military brothers and sisters and others in town.

The Moore County Economic Development Partnership (MCEDP) is now accepting applications for the Moore County Small Business Impact Grant Program, funded by a $25,000 grant from Duke Energy Foundation. The program provides reimbursement-based microgrants ranging from $500 to $5,000 to help small businesses in Moore County strengthen their operations and contribute to local economic vitality.

Cumberland County has completed the pilot phase of the Homeless Prevention and Stabilization Voucher Program, an initiative designed to provide short-term housing assistance. The Pilot Program launched on Sept. 30, 2025. Community response demonstrated an extraordinary level of need. In a short period of time, the County received 743 family referrals, underscoring both the urgency of housing instability in the community and the importance of sustainable, scalable solutions.
