Emily Walkenhorst’s Biography

I landed in Little Rock through the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Journalism and Mass Communications pipeline. While in college, I did stints at the student newspaper, the Daily Republic in Mitchell, S.D., the Omaha World-Herald and my current employer. I also studied abroad in India and in Spain, where I became fluent in Spanish. I'm an avid traveler, hiker, cook, reader and artist.
