How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?

Definitely by email with clear and concise requests. I will always come back to pitch emails, even if I decide not to go with the content.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

WordPress, Squarespace, LinkTree, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Later, MailChimp

Why did you become a journalist?

To tell other people's stories.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

One of my favourites was interviewing singer/songwriter Sinead Harnett - we both had no makeup on and the she was just so personable and fab

When's the best time to pitch you?

Anytime! Would always leave at least 24 hours before following up with me in case of time zones etc.

I do love Sheerluxe and Refinery29
