Abstract This report aims to present the clinical features, treatment approach, and management guidelines for plasma cell gingivitis (PCG) associated with nickel allergy. A 63-year-old woman was admitted to the clinic with complaints of gingival overgrowth and bleeding. Anamnesis and clinical examination revealed that she had been wearing metal-based fixed prostheses for 15 years.

1 Introduction Odontogenic tumors include various odontogenic lesions, consisting of benign and malignant neoplasms and hamartomas, each demonstrating distinct biological behaviors (Barnes 2005). The variety of odontogenic tumors, their unique clinical and histopathological attributes, and the rarity of some of these lesions can pose challenges in the diagnosis and treatment within the field of oral pathology.

Osteoma is a benign, slow-growing, painless, discrete lesion which is characterised with the proliferation of a compact or cancellous bone. Osteomas are rare on the jaws. Lesions of the mandible developed most often in the condyle, angle and margin. Osteoma developed on the genial tubercle area had only been reported in one case. A 50-year-old female patient has been admitted to our department with the symptom of a hard mass under the chin area.
