1. Introduction Life satisfaction, self-esteem, and self-efficacy are important psychological factors for individuals over 65. Life satisfaction refers to how content one is with their overall life [1], self-esteem to how much one values themselves [2], and self-efficacy to how confident one is in their own abilities and capabilities [3]. These factors may shape an individual’s quality of life. Exercise, on the other hand, is vital for physical and mental health in this age group [4].

Abstract : This research aimed to explore any links between mental toughness and courage in sports among students enrolled in the faculty of sports science, employing a relational screening model with a sample consisting of 340 university students who were selected using a convenience sampling method. Research data were collected through a Personal Information Form, the Sports Mental Toughness Questionnaire (SMTQ), and the Sport Courage Scale (SCS).
