John-Paul Reilly is alleged to have “formed a fraudulent scheme” between September 30, 2021 and October 31, 2022. Prosecutors allege Reilly, who was a director at JPR Bathrooms Limited in Clarkston, obtained money deposits for bathroom construction and remodelling work.

A young East Renfrewshire man has been banned from the roads after he admitted to driving while under the influence of alcohol. Tom Shindler lost control of his Ford Fiesta on August 31 last year and collided with another car. The 22-year-old was driving at “excessive speeds” on Ayr Road at the junction with Moorhill Road in Newton Mearns when he was swerving on the road before he lost control and collided with a Toyota Aygo.

Beast Martin Dornan was chatting online to who he thought was a 15-year-old boy called Andy. Dornan sent ‘Andy’, who was an undercover police officer, messages of a sexual nature, including asking ‘Andy’ if he “preferred using a condom” and asking him to send him pictures.
